Funeral services for Robert Clayton "Bobby" Earp, age 3 months, son of Mr. and Mrs. Herbert Earp, 410 South Connell avenue, who died Sunday in Freeman hospital at Joplin Missouri, were conducted at the Union church, Picher, at 2 o'clock this afternoon. The Rev. H. D. Tomlin, pastor of the First Methodist church, officiated. Burial Aug 19, 1930, was in G. A. R. cemetery at Miami.

Herbert Elvis Earp, died Apr 5, 1937, age 34, at his home, 409 South Main Street, at 6:05 am today, he is survived by his wife, Jeneva Earp, and one daughter, Shirley Earp; father and mother, Mr. and Mrs. Henry Clayton "Clay" Earp, Siloam Springs Arkansas; three brothers, Roy Earp, Picher, Henry Earp, Van Buren Arkansas; Elmer Earp, Ponca City Oklahoma; four sisters, Nora King, Van Buren; Ruby Jones, Los Angeles California, Bessie Striplin, Eloy Arizona; Leona Sax, Bakersfield California. The body is at the Durnil funeral home. Note: Mr. Earp also has two sons from a former marriage, Earnest Earp, and Herbert Earp, Jr.

Funeral services for Herbert Earp, who died at his home 409 South Main Street, Picher Oklahoma, Monday, were held at 2 o'clock this afternoon in the chapel of the Durnil funeral home. The Rev. D. W. Brashear officiated. Burial Apr 6, 1937, in G.A.R. cemetery under direction of the Durnil funeral home of Picher.

Private Ernest Earp, son of Mrs. A. R. Clark, Alix Arkansas, and the late Herbert E. Earp, has been granted a medical discharge from the army and is now with his family. Private Earp has recently been released from the Army-Navy General Hospital, Hot Springs Arkansas. He has spent a total of 7 months in hospitals for hip wounds received in the Salama campaign in the Markham Valley, New Guinea. Earp spent 1 year in the Southwest Pacific area as a first aid man attached to the infantry. He spent a total of 19 months in service and says that his only regret is that he is unable to participate in the European invasion. Earp's brother, Sergeant Herbert E. "Elvis" Earp, Jr., is serving in the New Britain Islands.
