...Mr. Doty had lived most of his life near Columbus Kansas, where he had worked in the hard rock lead and zinc mines. He moved to Kansas City Kansas, in 1956 and was employed at a rock quarry there until his retirement in 1970, when he moved to North Miami. Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Christine Doty, of the home; three daughters, Mrs. Norman Williams and Mrs. Joe Ann Akin, both of Commerce, and Mrs. Janice Wilson, North Miami; two sisters, Mrs. Mary DeBuck, Sterling Heights Michigan, and Mrs. Virginia McClow, Novi Michigan; nine grand children and four great-grandchildren...
