residing near the Silver Fox Mine, died Dec 30, 1923, age 36, yesterday, from tuberculosis. He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Alpha Dial, his parents, Mr. and Mrs. George Dial, one brother, Hobart Dial, and two sisters, Mrs. Edna Stewart and Mrs. Clara Stearns of Picher Oklahoma. The deceased was a member of the K. P., the IOOF and K. L. of S. lodges. The funeral will be held at the First Methodist church Tuesday afternoon. Rev. Cameron, pastor of the Christian church at Miami will conduct the services. Burial Jan 1, 1924, will be made in the Miami G.A.R. cemetery.

The funeral of Oscar Smith Dial, 36 years old, who died at his home near the Silver Fox Mine Sunday from tuberculosis, was held from the Central Methodist church this afternoon at 1. The local I. O. O. F. Lodge, of which he was a member had charge of the funeral services. The N. W. Green undertaking company had charge.
