Davis, Charles

Funeral services for Charles Davis were held Tuesday morning at the Christian church. Reverend William Lemay of Commerce Oklahoma officiating. The deceased was born May 15, 1894, and died March 17, 1922, at Denver, Colorado. Death was due to tuberculosis after a lingering illness. He, accompanied by his mother, had gone to Colorado a few weeks ago for the benefit of his health but died following a recent operation. He is survived by his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Elmer Davis, his wife, four small children and two sisters, Cecil Davis and Crystal Davis. Interment was made in the G.A.R. cemetery at Miami.
