45 year old Picher Oklahoma hard rock lead and zinc miner, died at 7 Thursday morning at the Talihina Oklahoma hospital. He had lived with a sister, Mrs. Sophronia Brewer, at 418 South Connell avenue, Picher, before entering the hospital. Cunningham is survived by his wife, Mrs. Nellie Cunningham, Blackwell Oklahoma; two daughters, Mrs. Freda Cunningham Poe, Picher, and Miss Maxine Cunningham, Blackwell; three sons, LeRoy Cunningham, Picher, and Harvey Cunningham, Jr., and Roy Gene Cunningham, both of Blackwell; one brother, Blaine Cunningham, Ava Missouri; one half-brother, Newt Wilson, Ava; four sisters, Mrs. Laura Harris, Ava, Mrs. Eliza Evans, Collinsville Oklahoma, Mrs. Martha Chaney, Picher, and Mrs. Brewer; and one half-sister, Mrs. Cora Anderson, St. Louis Missouri. Short funeral services will be held at 10 Saturday morning at the Durnil chapel. The Rev. W. A. Evans will officiate, assisted by the Rev. John Silvey. Services will also be held later Saturday at the grave at Ava Missouri.
