North Miami Oklahoma, died Monday, Dec 6, 1999, at Integris Baptist Regional Health Center, Miami, after an illness. He was 79. Mr. Crow was born Oct 17, 1920, in Commerce Oklahoma, to Otto Crow and Sarah Guinn Crow. He was a lifetime resident of the North Miami and Commerce area. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army, having served during World War II. He was a welder, miner and rubberworker and had been employed by the Oklahoma Turnpike Authority and B. F. Goodrich. He was a member of Mount Olive Lutheran Church, Miami, and a 50 year, life-time member of the Commerce Masonic Lodge. He married Dorthea Babst on Jun 22, 1948. She survives. Additional survivors include a daughter Karen Crow and Charles L. Crow, Sr., Miami; a brother, Eugene Crow, Commerce; and two grandchildren, Charles I. Crow, Jr., and Christian E. Crow, both of Miami. The family will receive friends from 7 to 8 pm Thursday, at the Paul Thomas funeral home, Miami. A memorial service will be held following the visitation at 8 pm with Pastor Don Kirchhoff officiating.
