30 years old died at the state sanitarium, in Talihina Oklahoma at 8 o'clock Tuesday morning. Before entering the hospital he lived with his family at 512 South Alta Street in Picher Oklahoma. He was a member of the first Christian church and IOOF lodge. Survivors include his wife, Genevieve Crice; a son, Jarold Dean Crice; two daughters, Marylon Sue Crice and Lorea Crice, all of the home; a brother, Clarence Crice of Picher; a half-brother, Elmer Cash, with the armed forces, and his mother, Mrs. Viola Cash of Picher. Funeral arrangements will be announced by the Durnil funeral home.

Jessie Ray Crice, who died in the state sanitarium at Talihina, Tuesday morning will be held at 2 p Sunday at the Durnil chapel in Picher with the Rev. Mrs. Harry Craig officiating. Burial will be in the G.A.R. cemetery at Miami. Pallbearers will be Charley Safford, Lloyd Still, Martin Rose, Claude Sappington, Jess Garner and John Wallace. Honorary pallbearers will be Leslie Lewis, C. J. Mallett, Claude Stone, Lloyd Conway, Temple Harris, Delbert Bradbury, Albert Levell, Bill Michael, Herbert George and Earl Hand. Members of the Picher IOOF lodge are requested to meet in the hall at 1 o'clock Sunday afternoon to attend special rites which will be conducted at the grave.
