Creason, Mervin

57 years old, died Monday noon in Joplin Missouri. he had been ill several weeks. He lived in Duenweg Missouri before moving to Commerce Oklahoma where he resided for 30 years, moving to Joplin Missouri six months ago. He was 57 years old. Surviving are his wife; two daughters, Mrs. Mason O'dneal Commerce Oklahoma and Mrs. Frank Hopper of Miami; four grandchildren, M. C. Jeannine, and Jerry O'dneal, and Francis Louise Hopper, and two sisters, Mrs. Clarence Scott of Joplin and Mrs. Fred Spencer of Gladewater Texas. Funeral services will be at 2 o'clock Wednesday at the Baptist church in Commerce. Burial will be in the Sterling cemetery nine miles east of Joplin with Mitchelson funeral home in charge.
