Abstract Data

66 year old Picher resident, died Sunday morning at his home at 619 South Ethel Street, Picher Oklahoma. The Picher miner was born in Hornet Missouri, but had been a resident of this area since 1929. Survivors include his widow, Mrs. Minnie Jane Craig; three sons, Ralph Craig and William Craig, all of Picher and George Craig of Oroville California; two daughters, Mrs. Beulah Johnson of Riverton Kansas and Mrs. Bessie Lee Duncan of the home; a step-son, Lee Anderson of Picher, and 29 grandchildren. Funeral services were conducted at 2 o'clock Wednesday afternoon at the First Christian church of Picher with the pastor, John Seward in charge of the services. Burial was in the G.A.R. cemetery at Miami under the direction of the Thomas funeral home of Picher.
