51, a hard rock lead and zinc miner employed at the Huttig Mine east of Picher Oklahoma, was arrested at Picher Tuesday night by deputy Sheriff J. M. Wise when he was found to be asleep on a Southwest Missouri electric car, the last to arrive from Joplin Missouri. He was charged with carrying a concealed weapon. Mr. Wise was informed of the sleeper and woke him up, at the same time searching him. A heavy Colt six-shooter was found on him, Mr. Wise said. Carr was brought to the county jail.
