about 55 years old, proprietor the last six years of the Eureka caf , Third and Picher Streets, Picher Oklahoma, died at 6 o'clock yesterday morning at the home of his daughter, Mrs. Fred Crum of Joplin Missouri, after a lingering illness. Funeral services were held at the daughter's home in Joplin, at 2 o'clock this afternoon. Burial was at Joplin.
