Abstract Data

While walking from the Southwest Terminal station south on Connell avenue, Picher Oklahoma, to the post office district, Glen B. Butler of Clarendon Iowa, was struck by a Buick six automobile owned by John Haley and badly bruised. The auto was driven by a son of Haley Bacon and William Bacon, the son of M. L. Bacon, chief of police, was an occupant. They picked up the injured man and took him to the Picher hospital, Picher Oklahoma, where it is not expected that he will be detained long. Butler has been boarding at the Poister Hotel at Baxter Springs Kansas.
