of Welch Oklahoma, died 8:30 am, Thursday, Jul 11, 1996, at the home of his daughter in Oswego Kansas. He was 82. Mr. Bullard was born Jun 7, 1914 in Craig county to Charles M. Bullard and Edna Cleora Moulds Bullard. A lifelong area resident, he was a lead and zinc miner and a retired farmer. He married Leila Mooney in 1935 in Oswego. She preceded him in death Feb 15, 1983. Survivors include four sons, Don Howard Bullard, Welch, Charles Thomas Bullard, Tuscaloosa Alabama, Rocky Dale Bullard, Welch, and Stephen Randy Bullard, Joplin Missouri; three daughters, Ann Walker, Bluejacket Oklahoma, Mae Frances Wallace, Bluejacket Oklahoma, and Leona White, Oswego Oklahoma; two brothers, Carl Bullard, Phoenix Arizona, and Chester Bullard, Florida; one sister, Leona Raper, Phoenix; 18 grandchildren; four step-grandchildren; 34 great-grandchildren; and eight step-great- great-grandchildren. Services will be 10:30 am, Saturday, July 13, at the Maybelle Baptist Church, northeast of Welch, with the Rev. Harold Neal and the Rev. Jeff Martin officiating. Pallbearers will be Aaron Bullard, John Bullard, Scott Bullard, Dough Bullard, Josh Bullard and DeWayne Wallace. Honorary pallbearers will be Phil Loveless, Sherman White, and Tracy White. The family will receive friends from 7 to 8 pm, tonight, at the Paul Thomas funeral home chapel, Picher Oklahoma. Services are under the direction of the Paul Thomas funeral home, Picher.
