died Nov 6, 1942, Pg. 5, Col. 2, age 72, at his home, 936 North Netta Street, Picher Oklahoma, at 8 o'clock this morning. He was a retired hard rock lead and zinc miner. He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Sarah Bradbury; three sons, S. A. Bradbury, Kansas City Missouri; U. E. Bradbury, and Sam Bradbury, Jr., Picher. The Durnil funeral home, Picher, will announce the funeral arrangements.

Services for Sam Austin Bradbury, Sr., will be conducted at 10 o'clock Sunday morning at the Durnil chapel. The Rev. W. A. Evans is to officiate. Burial will be in Hillcrest cemetery at Galena Kansas. Durnil funeral home is in charge.

Mrs. Sarah Bradbury, 80 years old Picher woman died Monday afternoon at her home at 605 West A Street following a long illness. Mrs. Bradbury was born in New York, moving to Missouri when a young girl. She was married in Granby Missouri. Her husband who preceded her in death was an official in the Eagle-Picher Mining and Smelting Company, for many years. She had been a resident of Picher since 1928. She was a member of the Picher Baptist church. Survivors include a son, Sam Bradbury of Picher; two other sons, A. Bradbury of Jersey City, New Jersey and W. E. Bradbury also of Picher; eight grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. Funeral services were held Wednesday morning in the Morton-Lundy chapel with Rev. W. A. Evans officiating. Burial was in the Hillcrest cemetery at Galena Kansas.
