...died in a Tulsa hospital after a long illness. He was a retired hard rock lead and zinc miner. He had lived in North Miami for the past 22 years. Survivors are his wife, Mrs. Ophelia Blair of the home; five sons, Virgil Blair, Parsons Kansas, Floyd Blair of Yakima Washington, Jack Blair and Bill Blair, both of Turloc California, and Arlis Blair, North Miami; seven daughters, Mrs. LaVata Warner, Cardin Oklahoma, Mrs. Hazel Gaines, of North Miami; Mrs. Ann Cobb, Miami, Mrs. Daisy Waldon, Commerce, Mrs. Kitty Dixon, Hominy Oklahoma, Mrs. Imogene Abernathy, North Miami, and Mrs. Warren, Tulsa Oklahoma; a brother Frank Blair of Arkansas, and three sisters, Mrs. Annie Greaves and Mrs. Bessie McGee, both of Miami, and Mrs. Lela Webber of Kansas City Kansas; 46 grandchildren, including Jessie Taylor of North Miami whom Mr. and Mrs. Blair reared and 38 great-grandchildren.
