a resident of Ottawa county Oklahoma for 64 years, died Monday evening at his home, located north of Quapaw Oklahoma, after a seven-year illness. He was 80 years old and a retired drilling contractor. A native of Martinville, Indiana, Bingham is survived by two daughters, Mrs. Mae Morgan, Baxter Springs Kansas Rt 2, and Mrs. Ruby Gibson, Baxter Springs; six sons, Ed Bingham, Fredericktown Missouri; Clarence Bingham, Ernest Bigham and Ralph Bigham, Smithland Kentucky, and Clyde Bingham, Baxter Springs, and two sisters, Mrs. Esther Craig and Mrs. Allen Clark, both of Miami. Bingham was a member of the Free Gospel church. Arrangements for final rites will be announced by the Wene funeral home of Baxter Springs.
