77 year old former Tri-State mining district driller, will be conducted at the 21st Street Bethel Mission in Baxter Springs Kansas, at 2:30 pm Tuesday. The Rev. Mahan will officiate. Burial will be in the Baxter Springs cemetery under the direction of the Wene funeral home. A resident of Sturgeon Missouri, Bingham died in the Boone county hospital at Columbia Missouri, at 8:15 am Saturday. He formerly lived south of Baxter Springs in Ottawa county Oklahoma. Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Irene Bingham of the home; two daughters, Mrs. Sidney A. Brown of Blue Mounds Kansas, and Mrs. Lee Hertz of Maplewoood Missouri; a son, Joe Linn Bingham of the home; two sisters, Mrs. Esther Craig of Miami, and Mrs. Allie Clark of St. Louis, and two brothers, Jim Bingham of Galena Kansas, Rt 2, and Joe Bingham of Baxter Springs, Rt 2.
