Known familiarly as Mickey Bilyue, a former resident of Picher Oklahoma, died Monday of tuberculosis in New Mexico. The body is expected to arrive in Picher tonight, accompanied by his wife and mother. No definite funeral arrangements will be made until the arrival of the body. Burial will be in the Greenlawn cemetery at Baxter Springs under the direction of the Green undertaking company.

Funeral services will be held at the home of I. N. Ridley, in the northwest part of Picher at 2:30 Sunday afternoon. The Rev. Wesley Post will officiate and burial will be in the Greenlawn cemetery at Baxter Springs under the direction of the Green undertaking company. Besides his wife, Mrs. Itia Bilyue, he is survived by one child, Betty Royce; his mother Mrs. Martha M. Bilyue, of Burkburnett Texas, and eight brothers and sisters; Ace L. Bilyue, Ralph Bilyue, Harvey Bilyue, and Joe Bilyue, of Burkburnett Texas, and the sisters are Mrs. Lucy Clark and Mrs. May Price of Thrift Branch Texas, and Florence Bilyue and Tiny Bilyue, of Burkburnett. Note: The article states that Greenlawn cemetery is at Baxter, and it is not. It is located in Kansas just northwest of Picher and Treece Kansas.
