Beck, Frank
Abstract Data
Frank was considered the miner's miner, husky, quick and smart. But in January 1913, mine dust had reduced him to poverty and living in a tent in Anderson Missouri. Miners from the Coahula Mine in Porto Rico, north of Duenweg Missouri, heard of his plight and were taking up a collection in the hope of hastening his recovery.
