Note: Middle name is R. on funeral records and Lee in the newspaper ...he had resided in this area since 1928. A retired hard rock lead and zinc miner, he worked in the Tri-State mining fields until 1957, and was employed by Fenix and Scisson, Inc. of Tulsa Oklahoma. He retired in 1972. Mr. Barker was a member of the Pentecostal Church of God, Miami. Survivors include this wife, Mrs. Jewell Barker, of the home; two sons, Clifton Lee Barker, Jr., Joplin, and M. L. "Butch" Barker, Commerce; a daughter, the Rev. Kay Snowden, North Miami; a sister Marie Barker, Galena Kansas and nine grandchildren...
