Balay, Milford Leo

died Wednesday afternoon at the home of his parents in Seneca Missouri. The 56-year-old miner had been in poor health a long time. Surviving are his parents, Mr. and Mrs. John Balay; a son, Hubert L. Balay, age 6, Joplin Missouri; four brothers, Hubert Balay, Neosho Missouri; Frank Balay, Seneca; Ralph Balay, Long Beach California, and James Balay of Oklahoma City; and two sisters, Mrs. Lorraine Judd, Commerce Oklahoma, and Mrs. Geneva Hoff, Seneca. The body was received by the Biddlecome funeral home of Seneca. Arrangements for final rites were incomplete today.
