Baker, Fred

Mrs. Fred Baker received word Thursday of the death of her husband, who died Thursday morning in a tuberculosis sanitarium at Clinton Oklahoma where he had been the past four months. Mr. Baker was born Feb 8, 1888. He had been in poor health for three years. He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Zippie Baker; three daughters, Mrs. Lucille Harris, Miss Letha Baker and Lucy Baker, all of Quapaw Oklahoma. The body will arrive in Quapaw Saturday. Funeral services will be held Sunday afternoon at 2:30 at the Baptist church with the Rev. Elmer Reynolds officiating. Burial will be in the Miami G.A.R. cemetery.
