night foreman of the Blue Goose Mill, has been asked to accept the apologies of the mill crew for their accusations concerning the brand of cigars he smokes. Member of the crew alleged that Cliff's cigars are made from cabbage leaves rather than fall rope. The crew contends that they learned of their mistake when they found Cliff's pet milk goat eating his snipes.
