Alexander, Homer Preston

Funeral services for Homer Preston Alexander of Douthat Oklahoma, who died at Picher Oklahoma hospital Saturday night from injuries received when struck by a falling timber at a coal mine near Bartlett Kansas, earlier in the evening, were held at 2:30 pm today at the Douthat Baptist church. The Rev. Mr. Carr officiated. Burial was in G.A.R. cemetery in Miami, with the Durnil funeral home directing.
