Scofield, Mildred Fuller and Child

died. Yesterday word was received in Miami of the death of Mrs. George Scofield and oldest child, Diana Clare Scofield, at Branford, Ontario Thursday night, Oct 20 , 1927. Mr. Scofield formerly was new business manager of the Consumers Gas Company in Miami. He was transferred to the Ontario post in June 1925. Presumably the deaths were accidental, but details were not contained in a telegram received by R. M. Holland, general manager of the Consumers Gas Company. Funeral services will bed conducted on Monday, Oct 24, 1927 at Mount Calvary Cemetery, Topeka, Kansas. Note: findagrave. Com shows a cemetery marker with Mrs. Scofield born 1896 and died 1927 and says in her arms her child Diana Clare, 27 months.
