Witnesses were Mrs. D. C. DeVillers and Miss Gladys Erwin. Buried Hickory Grove Cemetery, Grove Oklahoma. Son of Alexander Elick Berry and Ellen Berry. Herbert died the same day as his brother and sister Roland and Shelby Berry. They all drown in the Grand River.
