Weaver, 75 years old News Record agent at Afton Oklahoma, died at Miami Oklahoma hospital as the result of injuries received Friday when struck by an automobile while crossing a street in Afton. Both legs were broken and he was injured internally. Dr. E. Ettleman, a veterinarian at Afton was the driver of the fatal machine. Painter undertaking company in charge. Burial place is not given.
