Died. Born Apr 14, 1889, Missouri. Died Nov 6, 1930, age 41, 129 B Street NE, Miami Oklahoma. Cooper funeral home, Miami Oklahoma. Father Elias Jeffers Tartar, born Kentucky. Mother Addie C. Preston Tartar, born Missouri.
Tartar, a veteran Miami Patrolman, died at his home with pneumonia. He had been ill only a few days. Survived by his spouse, and two children Mary June Tartar and Jesse Tartar, Jr. Both of the home. In addition to his wife and children, he is survived by his parents of Ponca City Oklahoma; two sisters Mrs. Lee Hilton of Wagoner Oklahoma and Minnie Tartar of Ponca City and four brothers, J. Berry Tartar, Jack Tartar, George Tartar and Jeffie Tartar all of Ponca City.
