Mr. Smith, age 73, died suddenly Dec 3, 1930 at family home, southwest of Afton Oklahoma. A pioneer settler of Indian territory. Survived by wife, three daughters and one son. Painter undertaking company. Burial in the Vinita Oklahoma cemetery.
