Nolan, Joe

Police Chief Joe Nolan arrested a school bus driver for exceeding the speed limit of 8 miles an hour in a school zone when children are present. The arrest occurred in the vicinity of the Whitebird school on North Connell Ave, Picher Oklahoma. Nolan stated that the driver was going at least 35 miles per hour. The driver paid a $5 fine to Municipal Judge J. H. Klinefelter, and was then allowed to proceed on his way with the bus and children.
