Commerce Oklahoma, Sep 8. George "Shorty" Waford, employee of the Bilharz Mine No. 1, near Commerce, was killed Sunday morning when two boxes of dynamite accidentally exploded at the mine. The funeral of George Waford, who was killed in Bilharz Mine No. 1, Sunday morning, was held Monday at 4 pm at the Baptist church. Burial was in G.A.R. cemetery at Miami.
