James Towe of Webb City Missouri gave the information on the death certificate. A. R. Snyder, coroner of Joplin Missouri signed the certificate on March 13, 1914. Place of death Jasper county, Prosperity Missouri. Burial in Carterville Missouri cemetery on Mar 14, 1914. Webb City Missouri undertaking company.
