The Moose Mining Company was named defendant in a suit filed today in the Ottawa county Oklahoma district court at Miami, by W. R. Rush and Emma Rush of Kansas City, Missouri, parents of Alfred Rush, who was injured fatally Nov. 12, 1925, when he plunged from the "can" in the Moose Mine to the bottom of the shaft. The parents ask $2,999 for the son's death, alleging the company was guilty of negligence.
