Picher Oklahoma, Jan 11 Orville Parrish, 30 years old, whose home was at 123 North Cherry street, Commerce Oklahoma, died at 6 last night at Picher hospital, where he had been a patient two weeks. Death was due to blood poisoning and pneumonia. He was injured about three weeks ago while working at the Beck Mine, receiving an injury to a finger which caused blood poisoning, and pneumonia developed later. Parrish had resided at Commerce a year, formerly living at Quapaw Oklahoma. He is survived by his widow, Mrs. Mildred Parrish; a baby son; his father, Fred Parrish; a sister, Mrs. O. A. Garoutte of Webb City Missouri, and a brother, Riley Parrish of Quapaw. Burial in G.A.R. Cemetery, Miami Oklahoma on Jan 12, 1931.
