A $158,000 damage suit growing out of the death of Jimmie Albert Mullin, North Miami Oklahoma, paraplegic, in a traffic accident near Commerce last Thursday was pending in district court today. The active plaintiff in the allegation is Mrs. Irma Sanford, North Miami, former wife of the dead man. On behalf of her two children, Jimmie Douglas Mullin and Deborah Mullin, Mrs. Sanford is suing, Mrs. Juanita Dixon and the estate of the latter's husband, Richard C. An additional $50,000 is being asked as compensation for "great pain" Mullin suffered during the short time he lived after the accident.
