Mrs. Vina Moss, mother of Claud Moss, young miner who was killed in a mine accident in a mine owned by the Victory Metal Company near Picher Oklahoma, Thursday morning filed suit in the Ottawa county Oklahoma district court at Miami for $20,000 damages against the company. The mother claims she had always been dependent on her son and that the accident occurred as a result of negligence on the part of the mining Company.
