Ruben Mosley, 19 years old, was killed Tuesday afternoon by a falling boulder. Mosley was a miner and was employed in the Kitty Mine shaft, just west of Tar River Oklahoma. [now Cardin]. The accident occurred about 4:30 o'clock when a heavy boulder fell from the roof, striking him on the head, crushing his skull. The body was turned over to Worley Brothers funeral home of Commerce Oklahoma, who prepared it for burial, the funeral taking place Wednesday.
