The Dorothy Bill Mining Company was named defendant in a suit for $5,000 damages filed Saturday in district court by Mrs. Mary A. Lackey, widow of Carter A. Lackey, who died April 9, 1923, the petition alleges, as the result of injuries received the preceding month while in the employ of the mining company as an engineer.
