Treece Kansas, Aug. 13.--No funeral arrangements have been made for E. Johnston, about 25 years old, who was killed at the Lawyers Mine yesterday when caught beneath a falling slab. He was employed as a shoveler. Johnston's home was at Springfield Missouri. While working in the hard rock lead and zinc mines in the Picher Oklahoma District, he made his home in Treece. The body is at the morgue of the Todd undertaking company, of Picher Oklahoma.

The body of Emmet W. Johnston, 25 years old, who was killed Thursday at the Lawyers Mine, was taken to Mountain Grove Missouri, last night for burial. Johnston's home was at Springfield, Missouri. The body was prepared for burial by the Todd undertaking company, of Picher Oklahoma.
