Webb City Missouri, July 14--An investigation into the death of William Jackson, Jr. who died from injuries at noon yesterday at the Pittsburg-Tulsa Mine at Waco Missouri, is to be conducted at 8 tonight at the funeral home of the Steele undertaking company.

Jackson died in an ambulance of the Steele undertaking company while on the way to Jane Chinn hospital. He sustained a crushed skull and shoulder from a boulder, which fell from the top of the shaft to the bottom. He was knocked unconscious.

Jackson was born in Carl Junction Missouri and had lived there all his life. He is survived by his parents, Mr. and Mrs. William Jackson, four sister, Nellie Jackson, Dorothy Jackson, Nadine Jackson and Letha Jackson, and a brother, Roy Jackson, at home.

Funeral arrangements are incomplete, although the service is to be conducted at 2 Thursday afternoon at Carl Junction. Burial will be in Carl Junction cemetery.
