Funeral services for Hadley "Don" Huxall, 23 year old, Miami machine man, who died Friday night of injuries received Thursday in a fall down a stope at the Beaver Mine, will be conducted at 2 pm today at the First Christian church. The Rev. C. E. Berry will officiate. Huxall is survived by his wife, Mrs. Virginia Huxall; a daughter, Beverly Joyce Huxall; parents, Mr. and Mrs. F. W. Huxall, who reside three miles west of here; four sisters, Mrs. Wilma Lucky, Mrs. Virginia Tras, Miss Mae Huxall and Miss Freda Huxall; and seven brothers, Frank Huxall, Ted Huxall, Hadley Huxall, Rean Huxall, Warren Huxall, Calvin Huxall and John Huxall, all residents of Miami or immediate vicinity. The Odd Fellows lodge will have charge of rites at the grave. They will furnish pallbearers with the exception of Cecil Cox, who was Huxall's helper at the mine. Burial will be under direction of the Cooper funeral home.

Henry Don Huxall, born in Oklahoma on Dec 14, 1914. Died Sep 16, 1938, in Ottawa county Oklahoma. Buried in G.A.R. cemetery at Miami Oklahoma. Father F. W. Huxall and mother Lavada Leach, both born in Missouri. Note: Cooper had Henry for first name, and newspaper had Don for first name.
