Sam Hubbard, was killed by a fall of rock at the Hartley Mine, in Kansas, of the Hutcheon Management Corp on Nov 24, 1925.

Funeral services for Sam Hubbard, 43 years old, who died in the American hospital at Picher Oklahoma on Wednesday following a mine accident, will be held at the home of a sister, Mrs. B. F. Walker, 2202 Murphy avenue, at 2:30 o'clock today. The services will be in charge of the Rev. R. C. Walker, pastor of the First Baptist church. Burial will be in Forest Park cemetery, Joplin.
