Edward Huambo, 25 years old, a tub hooker at the New York Mine, died at a local hospital last night from injuries received yesterday morning when struck upon his head by a boulder. He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Sonora Huambo and a four-year-old son. The family resided near the New York Mine, in Picher Oklahoma. Funeral services will be held at the Central Methodist church at 2:30 o'clock Sunday afternoon. The Rev. C. O. Huff will officiate and burial will be in the G.A.R. Cemetery, Miami. The funeral services will be in charge of the I.O.O.F. lodge, of which Mr. Huambo was an active member. The funeral will be under the direction of the Todd undertaking company, of Picher. Note: See Hine Huambo, brothers were killed only about four months apart.
