Sheriff Gibson decided that C. E. Grimstead's death was due to heart failure. Grimstead, who was a hard rock lead and zinc shoveler employed in a mine in the Picher Oklahoma district was ascending a stope, when he dropped dead last Friday. He is survived by a wife and two children at Melrose Kansas.
