Hugh Bertriam Grimer, 31 years of age, of Hockerville Oklahoma died from an accident at the Velie Lion Mine near Cardin Oklahoma yesterday when he fell from a 90 foot ladder. He was employed there as a roof trimmer. He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Lucille Grimer, two sisters, Vivian Grimer and Lillian Grimer of Seneca Missouri, and two brothers, Wylie Grimer of Seneca Missouri and Melvin Grimer of Carthage Missouri. The body is at the Todd undertaking company at Picher Oklahoma.

Funeral services for Hugh Grimer, 31, will be held at 2 o'clock Friday afternoon at the Christian church in Hockerville Oklahoma, with the Rev. Robert Denton officiating. Burial will be in the Fairview cemetery in Joplin Missouri under direction of the Todd undertaking company, of Picher Oklahoma. Mr. Grimer was killed in a mine accident at the Velie Lion Mine Tuesday afternoon.
