Picher Oklahoma, Jun 3, Gilbert Greenlee, 35 years old, 926 Murphy avenue, Joplin Missouri, died suddenly of heart disease yesterday afternoon at the Tulsa-Quapaw Mine, northwest of Picher, where he was employed as a hard rock lead and zinc hoisterman. Greenlee was taken ill during the early part of the day and was taken to a local hospital and after being given treatment was taken back to the mine. Later in the day he was taken ill again and death resulted within a short time. Mr. Greenlee is survived by his wife, Mrs. Lois Greenlee; three children; his mother, Mrs. Minnie Greenlee of Joplin; four sisters and one brother. The body, which is at the Todd undertaking company at Picher, will be taken to the family home in Joplin today. It is expected the funeral will be held tomorrow, services being conducted at Joplin.

Funeral services for Gilbert Greenlee, 35 years old, of Joplin Missouri, who died suddenly Thursday of heart disease at the Tulsa-Quapaw Mine, where he was employed as hoisterman, were held at the family home at 2:30 o'clock Saturday afternoon. The Rev. Flippin, pastor of the Blendville Christian church of Joplin, officiated. Burial was in the Fairview cemetery at Joplin under the direction of the Todd undertaking company of Picher Oklahoma.
