Picher Oklahoma, Jan. 6. Neal Green, 20 year old millman at the Carl Britt Mine west of Cardin Oklahoma, died at 12:30 this afternoon in American hospital at Picher, from injuries received in a mine accident about four hours earlier. Green was caught in a line shaft in the hard rock lead and zinc mill and lost his right leg. His left was mangled.

He was taken to American hospital in a Durnil ambulance. Green who was married, was a resident of Commerce Oklahoma. Funeral arrangements are incomplete.

Funeral services for Nelia N. Green will be held Sunday at 2:30 in the afternoon at the East Side Christian church, east of Miami, the Rev. John Elliott of Fairland Oklahoma officiating, assisted by the Rev. Tom Murphy. Burial will be in the Williams cemetery, west of Miami, with the Durnil funeral home of Picher Oklahoma in charge. Pallbearers will be Leonard Munson, Elbert Munson, Ernest Green, Ray King, Calvin Williams and Doyle Robinson. Note: The two different spellings of the first name.
