Accident Report, Bureau of Mines — Nov 6, 1926

Don W. Graffiti, a 21 years old, hard rock lead and zinc mill man, fell down a shaft. The shaft is close to the road. Body was found and there were no witnesses. Cause of this fall was undetermined and there will be no decision by Compensation Commission, until they meet July, 1927. Note: Not carried in any report on fatalities.
