Picher Oklahoma, March 12 Walter Glasgow, 33 years old, died of influenza at 11 o'clock yesterday morning at his home on West Fifth street, after a brief illness. He was taken suddenly ill shortly after 11 o'clock Saturday night. He was employed as a shoveler at the Mahutska Mine and worked as usual Saturday, shoveling 59 cans of mine "dirt."

Besides his wife, Mrs. Julia Glasgow, he is survived by three children, Joe Glasgow, Clarence Glasgow and Bonnie Glasgow; his parents, Mr. and Mrs. G. A. Glasgow of Columbus Kansas, two brothers, Ralph Glasgow and George Glasgow, and one sister, Mrs. Ona Braun, all of Columbus.

Funeral services will be held at the Union church at 2 o'clock Tuesday afternoon. The Rev. Wesley Post, pastor of the Union church, will officiate. Burial will be in G.A.R. cemetery at Miami. The funeral will be under the direction of the Todd undertaking company, of Picher.
