J. Fenley, a miner, about 45, was killed in an accident at a zinc mine. His skull was fractured when a rope separated. J. T. Steel undertaking company, Webb City Missouri filled out the death certificate, and it doesn't have much information on it. R. M. James, coroner signed the certificate on Mar 7, 1917. Burial was in the Carterville Missouri cemetery on Mar 10, 1917. Place of death was Jasper county Joplin Missouri, at village of Porto Rico. Registration District No. 414, Primary Registration District No. 5261 C. Registered No. 11.
